Through his involvement in the central London church plant, The Bible Talks, he met his wife Sally. Their twins, Harry and Bella, were born almost to the day Christ Church Mayfair was planted. Three years later they were planting again, this time into Fulham launching Emmanuel Church. This coincided with the birth of their third child, Theo. Now planting once again into St Michael’s Fulwell they are not necessarily hoping to see this pattern repeated!
In 2010, having trained at Oak Hill Theological College, he served his curacy at St Peter’s Fulham. He is thrilled to accept the Bishop of Kensington’s invitation to start a new church in the currently redundant church building of St Michael’s Fulwell (on the Teddington/Twickenham border).
Ed and the family have been joined by a small team from St Peter’s Fulham along with other friends and supporters who have recently moved into the area.
Ed is delighted to be back in this corner of London having taught History at nearby Hampton School for a number of years. He loves playing cricket, watching football (ideally at Craven Cottage) and engaging with politics.
