Malcolm Riley

planting in COVENT GARDEN

Malcolm became a Christian as a teenager. He first heard the gospel at Stowe School through a teacher.

He studied at Nottingham University. Upon graduation he worked for Iwerne Holidays, helping to run evangelistic holidays for school children.

St Ebbe’s Church Oxford then employed him as an outreach worker among students. He was subsequently recommended for ordination within the Church of England and then undertook his degree in Theology at Wycliffe Hall at the University of Oxford. After Wycliffe he worked as an evangelist at Dundonald Church, Raynes Park. In July 2014, he was ordained into the Church of England in order to work amongst workers in Westminster by the Bishop of London.

Malcolm is married to Karis. She is currently completing her PhD is English Literature. And they have recently moved to central London to launch a pioneer church plant in Covent Garden. He is a keen sportsman though most of his achievements in this area sadly now lie in the past!
